SHIPPING

Shipping is available anywhere in the United States. In an effort to keep shipping costs at minimum, I ship using the most cost efficient option. Typically this is USPS 1st Class or USPS Priority Mail.

When can I expect my order?

Orders are processed within three business days, often sooner. Please allow additional time for made-to-order items, custom items and during peak holiday season. Packages are sent via USPS 1st class or Priority Mail and typically arrive between 2-5 business days after shipping. You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been processed and another once your order is shipped. If your order includes more than one item, your package will ship when all of the items are available. 

Shipping Upgrades

Express or upgraded shipping is not currently offerd as an option at checkout. To see if I can accommodate expedited shipping, email [email protected] before placing your order. Please note that because of the handmade nature of certain items, this option may not always be available.

I think my package got lost in the mail!

Unfortunately mail can get lost on occasion. If you believe that your package has been lost, please write [email protected] with your order number. If your order includes a made-to-order item, please allow additional time for processing.

My USPS tracking says "delivered" but I haven't received my package.

USPS uses a geotagging service to mark your package as "delivered" when they are at your address. On rare occasions, parcels may be marked as "delivered" a day early. If 24 hours have elapsed and you still haven't found your package, you should contact USPS for assistance.

My package arrived but a product was missing or damaged.

On the rare occasion there's been a mix-up or issue, e-mail [email protected] and I'll get you sorted out ASAP.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

This site uses Stripe and Paypal to process payments and are able to accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and almost any other kind of credit or debit card.

SECURITY

This site is a McAfee SECURE TrustedSite. All information shared on our website is secured via McAfee SECURE.

Also, Big Cartel shops are fully SSL encrypted from top to bottom.

All payments are made through Stripe and Paypal. Your payment  information is verified and secured through their respective platforms.

RETURN POLICY

If you're unhappy with the products you ordered, email [email protected] within 10 business days of delivery to organize a return. You will be responsible for return shipping charges to our South Florida studio. Original & return shipping will only be refunded if the product is damaged or otherwise not as advertised.

Variations

All items are made by hand. I make every effort to create the highest quality product possible. However handmade items may naturally have small variances. These details add a unique quality to each piece. They do not affect their stability and do not signify a damaged or defective item. Any item you purchase is one of a kind and made with care.

CARE

All macrame and fiber items should be lightly dusted, spot treated and air dried only as needed. Tassels and fringe can be refreshed with a comb. Any fuzz can be carefully trimmed away. All other ropes can be untangled by hand.

Some crochet items can be washed by hand or on gentle cycle and dried flat. Remove any excess water by rolling the item in a towel and gently squeezing. Never twist items. Make sure to lay the item out on a flat, clean surface in the shape that you want it. Once the item is dry it will stay in that shape. Only do this when needed. 

Never use harsh chemicals or cleaning products. Use mild detergents only when necessary. 

Wear is natural for any fiber art, especially after cleaning. Do not pull on any loose fibers or threads. Trim or tuck them into the center or the back of the item. A darning needle can be helpful with this. Fuzz can be trimmed away. Again, please use care.

Some items, such as selenite and untreated wood, are not water safe and should not be exposed to water or harsh elements.

Do not use heat on any item unless otherwise stated in the item description.
